Raising Hope for Brittany a disabled child in need of equipment

"Raising Hope for Brittany" is a non profit charity group of family and friends of Brittany Tensek who is 12 years old DOB. 28.03.1997 was born normal and acquired a severe hypoxic brain injury at the age of 15 months old. She went to bed and had a prolonged fit while she slept. Due to lack of oxygen the brain swelled and was damaged leaving her both physically and intellectually disabled.Brittany has three younger siblings....2 sisters and a brother. Brittany's parents say "Although it has been difficult having a child with high needs we are rewarded tenfold by what Brittany has been able to achieve. She is a brave little girl. We have always dedicated ourselves and encouraged Brittany to reach her full potential."

Last year Brittany was sexually abused by a Carer on her school bus see "notes" on her facebook page to read the complete Victims Impact Statement.

Brittany's family and friends are fundraising to purchase disabled equipment for Brittany. Brittany needs a Wheelchair, a hoist, Modifications to her home, and Modifications to the vehicle. And to help Brittany with her ongoing care.
